The beginning of a new year is always a good time to be reconsidering one's reading list. With apologies to friends who have written terrific books on leadership and corporate social responsibility, the following are the five books (in alphabetical order) that I think leaders should be reading (or in some cases, re-reading) this year.

On November 8th, the JetBlue Foundation awarded $135,000 in grants to STEM education programs in Puerto Rico to aid long-term post-hurricane recovery in celebration of National STEM Day. The JetBlue Foundation, in its continued commitment to Puerto Rico, awarded grants to organizations that are investing in the island’s future and placing aviation and STEM top-of-mind as career choices for students. JetBlue started service 16 years ago, and is the largest carrier on the island with San Juan being one of JetBlue’s six Focus Cities.
The grant recipients included Ciencia Puerto Rico, EcoExploratorio, Inter American University of Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico Aviation Maintenance Institute.
