CACI Earns Prestigious Awards in 2025 for Continued Excellence in Veteran Support
CACI’s commitment to supporting veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses remains a defining part of its culture. In 2025, that longstanding dedication was reinforced through 10 prestigious distinctions, reflecting continued efforts to create meaningful career pathways for the military-affiliated community.
“These awards are team awards, reflecting the unwavering commitment of CACI’s 25,000 employees to hiring, supporting, and retaining veterans in its workforce,” said CACI Vice President of Veteran and Military Affairs Gary Patton. “Our program’s goal is to ensure that our veteran and military-affiliated employees have the resources and support they need to continue their mission with CACI.”
A year of enduring support
CACI has once again been recognized for its veteran hiring and retention efforts. The company received the 2025 U.S. Department of Labor Hire Vets Gold Medallion — the only federal-level veterans’ employment award — for the third year. CACI was also named a 5-Star Veterans Employer by VETS Indexes for the fifth year in a row, highlighting consistent excellence in veteran recruitment and inclusion.
CACI’s longstanding dedication to military-affiliated professionals earned several workplace culture honors. The company has sustained its Military Friendly® Employer Gold designation for 18 consecutive years. It also received its seventh Military Spouse Friendly Employer® Award, recognizing programs that support the unique career challenges of military spouses.
Service members and veterans themselves continue to endorse CACI as an employer of choice. The company appeared on the 2025 Military Times Best for Vets list for the tenth consecutive year and was named one of America’s Best Employers for Veterans by Forbes for the sixth consecutive year. Newsweek similarly recognized CACI as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Veterans for the third consecutive year based on surveys and thousands of workplace reviews.
CACI has also seen its efforts acknowledged through new honors this year. For the first time, the company was named a 2025 Outstanding Navy Reserve Employer, placing it among roughly 40 civilian organizations recognized nationwide for going above and beyond in supporting Reserve Sailors.
Additionally, U.S. Veterans Magazine named CACI a Top Veteran-Friendly Company for the eleventh consecutive year, reflecting the company’s work to provide limitless opportunities for veterans across all career stages. CACI also received the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) Champions Award for the fifteenth year, underscoring the impact of its Small Business Advocacy Office and its commitment to strengthening the veteran-owned business community.
