The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is in the process of renewing the TPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for storm water discharges from industrial facilities, TXR050000. The current permits are schedule to expire on August 14, 2016. Renewal will require the submission of a new Notice of Intent (NOI) and permit fee.
