“We all have a role to play when it comes to energy conservation and I am pleased we have taken another step forward in our prison facilities to help curb future costs,” said Gov. Rick Snyder.

KeyBank provided a $9.9 million construction loan, plus $6.8 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and $5.1 million in Historic Tax Credit (HTC) equity.
