In March 2018 30 professionals from across Tetra Tech attended their first session of Tetra Tech’s annual Leadership Academy in Arlington, Virginia. This year’s Leadership Academy includes future leaders from Tetra Tech’s operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and Chile.
Operational leaders from around the world nominate their top Tetra Tech employees for the Leadership Academy, with the final 30 participants selected by Tetra Tech CEO Dan Batrack. Jessica Rodriquez first wanted to be a zoologist. Then, an engineer and later, a veterinarian. Now, she’s pretty sure she wants to be a landscape architect.
