A recent Aflac study found that 69 percent of employees believe it is extremely or very important for U.S. companies to act socially responsible. So, a strong CSR effort helps companies increase employee happiness and retain top talent. Clearly, HR managers already recognize the need and want for CSR, because in that same survey, 80 percent of workers in HR roles said that CSR is extremely or very important.
Our annual Pajama Drive reached new heights this year with the help of CyberGrants new Viral Engagement features. This is the fourth consecutive year we've collected pajamas to donate to families in need, but the first year we've been able to use our Viral Engagement features to generate even more excitement among our employees about our effort. A live leaderboard intensified our usual friendly competition and the activity feed allowed employees to be more engaged by sharing photos and team updates.

Comparably is a California-based culture data website that rates companies’ workplace cultures. According to Comparably, the companies on their annual Best Company Cultures list received the highest ratings by employees who provided anonymous feedback on a variety of workplace culture questions ranging from work environment and compensation to leadership.
