KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) has provided $38.4 million in total financing for the construction of Del Valle Apartments in Austin, TX. The CDLI team provided a $9 million equity bridge loan, with a $29.4 million Freddie Mac Tax Exempt Loan (TEL) Forward Commitment component arranged by Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group.

Duke Energy Boosts Economic Development and Job Growth with $275,000 in Urban Redevelopment Grants in Ohio and Kentucky
Communities and residents across southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky continue to benefit from Duke Energy's Urban Revitalization program, which announced its 2018 grant recipients today. Since its launch in 2011, the Urban Revitalization program has issued $2.2 million in grants to 65 projects – including $275,000 to nine projects in 2018.

Sodexo Provides More Than 1,000 Meals to Homeless Veterans at San Diego Stand Down Event
Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company committed to Quality of Life, provided more than 1,000 meals along with employment services for homeless veterans and support providers during the Stand Down event, June 29 through July 1 at San Diego High School in San Diego, CA. The 31st annual Stand Down program was hosted by Veterans Village of San Diego with support from the United States Marine Corps West Coast. Approximately 3,000 volunteers and 150 service providers assisted the 800 homeless veterans and families. More than 35 Sodexo volunteers hosted meals as well as offered employment services such as resume and job application assistance for the veterans.

Sodexo and Saint Louis University Partner to Enhance Culinary Experience on Campus
Sodexo, a food and facilities management company committed to improving Quality of Life, has been selected to provide residential dining, retail and catering to the 18,000 students, faculty and staff of Saint Louis University (SLU) through 2028. In addition to immediately expanding the variety of fare and elevating customer service, Sodexo will offer its award-winning Simple Servings concept when its contract commences in August. Over the course of the next year, Sodexo will work closely with University leadership and the Student Dining Advisory Board to understand the unique culinary needs of the SLU community to deliver a custom and appealing culinary experience on campus.
