Today, Intel released its annual Corporate Responsibility Report. The report builds on Intel’s decades of transparency in corporate responsibility and details progress Intel has made in the past decade to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, restore billions of gallons of water to local communities and achieve gender pay equity across its global workforce, among other milestones.

During the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the issue of food security for vulnerable communities and frontline responders has taken on increased relevance and importance. There are hundreds of nonprofit organizations that are working in this critical area around the world, and their efforts are to be congratulated, appreciated and supported by all of us.

On #GivingTuesdayNow, we’re proud to recognize and support the heroic efforts of organizations, essential workers and others who are putting in countless hours to care for and provide relief to communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

American Express (NYSE:AXP) and Hilton (NYSE:HLT) recently teamed up to donate up to 1 million hotel room nights to medical professionals on the frontlines fighting COVID-19.

As schools and districts make the shift to remote instruction, students and their families need access to quality resources that are both engaging and fun – design challenges are a great example.

COVID-19 is one for the history books.
