Host Patricia Anderson, a 34-year Darden team member in Tucson, AZ, says Olive Garden has been accommodating, allowing her to keep working despite health challenges.
I’ve been with Darden 25 years in June. For the last 17 of those years, I’ve been a bartender and server at the LongHorn Steakhouse on Eastgate North Drive in Cincinnati, OH. I was one of the first employees hired when the restaurant opened. My team members tease me by saying that the building was built around me

Olive Garden Server Diane Eslinger who celebrated her 35th anniversary with Darden recently has a large group of regular guests and has been named salesperson of the month multiple times, said General Manager Kelly Lynch.
As a global retailer, we see firsthand the astonishing diversity that exists between our stores located in different countries. We see it in our supply chain as well, and we believe we’re at our best when we promote that diversity for the benefit of our customers.

Today we hear from Shirley Wells, a 35-year Darden team member, has been a cook at the Olive Garden in Springfield, IL, for 21 years. She was honored with a culinary trip to Italy in 2006.
