Introduction to Leif Wenar's speech (January 27th) based on his book, Blood Oil: Tyrants, Violence, and the Rules That Run the World. He makes a strong, inspirational argument for changing old, dysfunctional rules and living by our principles when it comes to oil and other natural resources.
