U.S. Marine Corps and Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest leadership hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 28 celebrating the start of construction for an energy security microgrid at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, in San Diego, California.
