Taproot Foundation Receives Renewed Grant from Chicago Community Trust
The Taproot Foundation is pleased to announce it has received a $35,000 grant from the Searle Funds at The Chicago Community Trust to fund general operations. Support from the Chicago Community Trust will allow Taproot to expand their work in the local market, ensuring that Chicago’s nonprofit sector has full access to pro bono resources necessary to build strong organizational infrastructure.

The Healthcare Plastics Recycling Council (HPRC) welcomes Ravago Recycling Group Americas (RRG), an industry leader in in recycled content resins in PIR and PCR recycled feedstocks, as its newest member. RRG produces a wide range of plastic reprocessed materials from high performance engineered resins to recycled post-industrial PP, HDPE, and PS materials.

Four Projects Selected by the “Costa Crociere Foundation” are Underway to Support Social Solidarity and Marine Environmental Protection Initiatives
The initial activities involving the first four projects financed by the Costa Crociere Foundation that focus on social solidarity and marine environmental protection initiatives have now gotten underway. Approximately Euro 600,000 has been allocated to the non-profit organizations whose projects were selected by the Foundation to develop activities to raise awareness about marine waste and training programs for more than 1,500 needy young people.
