World Wildlife Fund Makes Waves With Inaugural Standup Paddle Boarding Event
World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is making waves this fall with the organization’s first-ever athletic, peer-to-peer fundraising event, Panda Paddle. The standup paddle boarding event, sponsored by Target, will take place in San Diego’s Mission Bay on October 20, 2018.

Northwest Ohio Wind Farm to Power General Motors’ Ohio, Indiana Plants
Officials from General Motors and Starwood Energy Group joined Ohio lawmakers, county officials and local landowners today at a press conference to unveil the Northwest Ohio Wind Farm, a 100-megawatt wind project under construction in Paulding County, Ohio. Power purchased from the wind farm will help offset the power used at General Motors’ Ohio and Indiana manufacturing facilities with clean, renewable energy.

Subaru of America Celebrates New Headquarters in Camden, NJ with Grand Opening Ceremony
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) today conducted a grand opening of its new home in Camden, NJ. Following several years of sustained business growth, Subaru of America announced plans in 2014 for a new headquarters campus to be located in Camden. Next month, more than 550 employees will begin to occupy the new building at a time when the company is celebrating nine consecutive years of record sales and 10 years of consecutive growth. The new facility, at 250,000 square feet, plus an adjacent new training center will more than double the size of the automaker’s previous headquarters and bring employees from four sites onto one campus.
