In its ninth annual Network Responsibility Report, the LGBT media advocacy organization GLAAD has commended FOX for its inclusion of LGBT characters in its programming, giving the network its highest grading of "Excellent." FOX had the highest percentage of LGBT-inclusive original programming hours out of all channels tracked, coming in at 45.4%. This is the highest percentage GLAAD has charted on a broadcast network since the NRI's inception.

More than 270,000 undergraduates worldwide have taken the Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT), a tool to evaluate their acumen to work in financial services. Started in 2010, the number of BAT takers keeps growing, with over 100,000 completing the exam in 2014 alone.
Employers have enjoyed a substantial advantage in the labor market since the Great Recession began nearly seven years ago. At the peak of unemployment in 2009, there were roughly five unemployed workers per job opening, creating a buyer’s market in which businesses could afford to skimp on programs aimed at motivating and retaining workers. Members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) TECH 2020 Task Force visited the Bloomberg Tech Hub in San Francisco on Tuesday in a final stop of a tour through Silicon Valley this week to advance the CBC TECH 2020 initiative. Launched in May, CBC TECH 2020 is a five-year plan developed to address the underrepresentation of African Americans in the technology industry.
