As part of the Sodexo 2016 Future Chefs competition, today we are featuring Madysun Christensen. Madysun comes to us from Elk Run Elementary school in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is currently a 4th grader. For her healthy breakfast, Madysun is going to show us how to make what she likes to call a “Boil-in-a-bag Omelet.”
Why might cities be the best place for social change to happen? Who better to answer this than Mark Watts, Executive Director of C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (C40).
