Before Philippa Fryman took on her role as vice president of Food and Beverage at The Venetian and The Palazzo, she joined the team in 2009 as the Butler Operations manager in Luxury Services. Overseeing a total of 60 Team Members, she quickly learned how inter-dependent various departments were and was introduced to the gaming industry.

Growing into leadership began early on for Sang Han, who has been with Las Vegas Sands since 2012. He started out as the front office hotel manager for The Venetian and The Palazzo before taking on his current role as assistant director of housekeeping.
As soon as guests check-in, their experience at a Las Vegas Sands Integrated Resort might begin at the front desk. Team Members check-in and greet more than 35,000 guests a month, just at The Venetian Las Vegas. Behind those desks once stood Jaime Miranda, who served as front desk manager in 2005. She had the privilege and responsibility to welcome each guest and set the tone for their stay.
