SCA to Become Two Listed Companies: the Forest Products Company SCA and the Hygiene and Health Company Essity
At the Annual General Meeting of SCA, the company’s shareholders voted in favor of the Board of Director’s proposal to split the Group into two listed companies. Members of the Fairview 4H Club met in Black Creek, Wisconsin, on April 3 to conduct a final sort of the last batch of plastic caps collected for a sustainability project. SCA, a global hygiene and forest products company with two sites and 900 employees in the Neenah-Menasha area, has partnered with the 4H Club of Black Creek on this initiative to collect and sort plastic caps.
