CBRE Appoints New Chairpersons of Asia Pacific American Forum

CBRE Group, Inc. announced that Lilian Cavaleri, business manager for the company’s Microsoft account; and Eric Chen, first vice president, Investment Properties, Capital Markets, have taken leadership roles in CBRE’s Asia Pacific American Forum (APAF). Mrs. Cavaleri and Mr. Chen will serve as the Co-Chairpersons of the company’s newest employee network group.

CBRE Group, Inc. Earns Top Score on Corporate Equality Index For Fourth Consecutive Year

CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) announced that it received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality that is administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. With its high score, CBRE is recognized as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality. This marks CBRE’s fourth consecutive year of achieving a perfect score, and the company continues to pave the way for increased diversity across the entire commercial real estate industry.

DuPont People Spotlight: Celebrating Our Working Mothers

Growing up on a thousand-acre family farm in rural Michigan, Wendy Srnic loved “getting her hands dirty” gardening and raising livestock — in the case of her family — cattle. Today, she is the research director of Integrated Product Characterization & Development at DuPont Pioneer and is the leader of a team of 350 employees spanning four countries that is responsible for a key step in the DuPont Pioneer pipeline for getting new hybrids and varieties of corn, soybeans and other crops to market. She also was selected as the DuPont U.S. Working Mother of the Year for 2016 and was honored with other women from the Working Mother 100 Best Companies list at a dinner in October.

Lockheed Martin Achieves Perfect Score on Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for Ninth Consecutive Year

For the ninth year in a row, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) achieved a perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The index is a national benchmarking survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation to measure corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace inclusion. The corporation was also cited as a 2017 Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
