On March 9, the Fox | HBCU Media Alliance wrapped the "The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story" historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) screening and Talk Back Tour. The multi-city tour was headlined by members of the cast from the FX Networks hit series, including Cuba Gooding, Jr., Sterling K. Brown, Courtney B. Vance and director John Singleton, all of whom participated in dynamic conversations that touched on the issues relevant to the series' themes of race, celebrity, discrimination, police corruption and sexism.

On March 7 & 8, 2016, AATA Executive Director Cynthia Woodruff, and President Dr. Donna Betts, ATR-BC, represented the American Art Therapy Association (AATA) at the Arts Advocacy Day National Arts Action Summit. This annual event provides attendees with advocacy training and an opportunity to attend coordinated visits with Members of Congress. Hosted by Americans for the Arts in partnership with over 85 national arts-related organizations, Arts Advocacy Day is the largest gathering of its kind, bringing together a broad variety of the nation’s civic and cultural groups.
