He has nearly 25 combined years of experience as an active duty Air Force Civil Engineer Officer, Air Force Civil Servant, and project manager for Tetra Tech. His expertise is in highly available critical infrastructure systems after eight years serving as the engineer responsible for the survivability, endurability, and availability of the infrastructure in Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station’s (CMAFS) underground complex.
Vincent Holloway is Vice President, Defense Information Technology (IT) Services in Tetra Tech’s Arlington, Virginia, office. He has more than 30 years of experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in various technical, management, and leadership positions.

He supports the business with his technical expertise in high-voltage networks, and fault-tolerant and renewable energy systems and microgrids.

Terrence has 30 years of experience working in the IT field in various technical, management, and strategic roles and has been with Tetra Tech for more than 10 years.
Brian Thorne, an expert in military planning, design, and construction oversight, has nearly 25 years of experience leading infrastructure projects. A retired Army Major with 22 years of service with the Army National Guard, Brian now provides exceptional leadership and project management skills to his Department of Defense (DoD) clients.
