SEPA and Black & Veatch Release New Case Study on Distributed Energy Resources Planning

Consumers could outspend utilities in the adoption of solar, storage, electric vehicles and other distributed energy resources (DERs), making it essential for utilities to track and integrate these DERs into their planning processes to benefit their customers and the grid. Companies Urge Support for Strong Nevada Clean Energy Standard

Five of Nevada’s most prominent employers are urging the Nevada Senate to pass Assembly Bill 206 for a strong clean energy standard for the state. The letter from the five companies – Dignity Health, eBay, Levi Strauss & Co., Switch and Unilever– urges support for the standard, which would increase the percentage Nevadans get from clean renewable energy from 20 percent, where it is now, to 50 percent by 2030.
