Astellas today announced the five C3 Prize finalists chosen to present their ideas live at the Stanford Medicine X conference on Sept. 17 to a panel of judges including Robert Herjavec, dynamic entrepreneur, passionate cancer caregiver and star of ABC's Emmy Award-winning television show, Shark Tank.
