CITGO Announces Finalists of the Eighth Edition of its Bronx Social Grants Program

CITGO Petroleum Corporation recently announced the more than 30 local community organizations that became grant finalists in the eighth year of its Bronx Social Program as part of its continued commitment to social initiatives in the South Bronx. The 2015-2016 finalists represent a diverse mix of focus areas, including arts and culture, education, community empowerment, environment and health. GRID Alternatives Launches 2015 Tribal Solarthon

GRID Alternatives, America’s largest non-profit solar installer, today announced its national Tribal Solarthon event. Between September 28 and October 9, GRID Alternatives is partnering with four tribes in California, New York, South Dakota and Arizona to install solar power and provide solar job training for tribal members.
