Merck Makes $3 Million Charitable Donation to Support Swim Across America
To help support innovation in cancer research, Merck today announced that the company will make a $3 million charitable contribution to Swim Across America. Established 30 years ago, Swim Across America, a national nonprofit organization, was founded with the purpose of granting the proceeds from its benefit swims to fund cancer research and clinical trials.

AEG’s StubHub Center Foundation and LA Galaxy Foundation to Host 11th Annual Treats-N-Suites Halloween Bash at StubHub Center on Friday, Oct. 20
AEG’s StubHub Center Foundation and the LA Galaxy Foundation announced today that StubHub Center will host the 11th annual Treats-n-Suites Halloween Bash on Friday, Oct. 20 from 4 - 6:30 p.m. PT, and will feature appearances by select LA Galaxy players.

The sold-out Treats-n-Suites event will host 1,500 children ages 2-11 for a series of Halloween-themed activities including trick-or-treating, arts and crafts, a costume parade and contest, hay rides, face painting, as well as the Wildlife Learning Center's Wildlife Safari Meet and Greet, which will feature a series of wild and exotic animals.
