Cultivating a Future in Cocoa Communities

CARE, with support from General Mills and other partners, is helping West African communities become food secure through the promotion of food crop farming and nutrition in 30 cocoa-growing communities: 20 in Ghana and 10 in neighboring Cote d’Ivoire.

The work is part of a broader multi-year program aimed at helping smallholder farmers who grow cocoa to increase their livelihoods and to improve the well-being of those in their households and communities.

Disney Campaigns Recognized at Halo Awards

Disney's Hour of Code tutorials, created in close collaboration with code.org, aim to inspire children of all ages to learn the basics of coding in a fun and engaging way. Since 2014, more than 42 million students in over 180 countries have tried a Disney Hour of Code tutorial. In 2016, Disney and code.org's Moana Hour of Code tutorial was recognized with a Gold Halo Award for Best Education Campaign and a Silver Award in the category of Best Digital Campaign.
