This includes defining outcomes for the PPP that are informed through stakeholder input, establishing an effective governance structure with clearly defined and transparent operating practices, and agreeing upon roles and accountabilities in advance.

KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment (CDLI) has provided a total of $13.7 million in financing to Swell LLC, for the construction of Turnagain Place in Anchorage, AK.
