Employees from Caterpillar’s Building Construction Division (BCP) based in North Carolina and Cat dealer Gregory Poole Equipment Company recently gathered with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County to raise the walls on a home for a deserving family in Southeast Raleigh.

When a company asks employees to volunteer, there is a tendency to lean heavily on community impact as a benefit. Impact is certainly a benefit to the community, and a desired result.
