Poor women marry younger than their wealthier peers. It's a dangerous reality.

The initial activities involving the first four projects financed by the Costa Crociere Foundation that focus on social solidarity and marine environmental protection initiatives have now gotten underway. Approximately Euro 600,000 has been allocated to the non-profit organizations whose projects were selected by the Foundation to develop activities to raise awareness about marine waste and training programs for more than 1,500 needy young people.

In advance of the United Nation’s adoption of the Post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fourteen global companies founded IMPACT 2030, a business-led coalition that aligns companies and their employee volunteer efforts with the newly-launched Sustainable Development Goals to address the needs of our rapidly changing world and create real and sustainable change.

Leur visite faisait partie du programme de développement d’éducateurs Teachers’ Mining Tour organisée par le Centre écologique du Canada.
