Hershey has been working to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) for a decade now as part of our broader belief in reducing our impact on the planet. More recently, Hershey committed to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) in January 2019 to develop a science-based greenhouse gas reduction goal by January 2021.

Not only are we committed to helping the world grow the food it needs at Mosaic, we are also dedicated to helping to provide the food our communities need to thrive.

Porter Novelli and strategic partner Plan C joined together for a Climate Week virtual event on the business case for climate justice. The theme of the session was the role of racial justice and social equity in climate action. We heard from Jessica Appelgren of Impossible Foods; Celso White of Igniting Business Growth LLC; Bee Hui Yeh of the Power of We and Plan C and Erin Osher, Managing Director of Porter Novelli Seattle.
