Tetra Tech was among the top winners honored at the Sustainable Pittsburgh Challenge (SPC) Finale and Awards Ceremony on March 21, 2019. The purpose of SPC is to increase sustainability practices by Pittsburgh businesses across seven major categories: social equity, energy, water, materials management, transportation, air quality, and engagement.

Climate Change Business Journal (CCBJ) and Environmental Business Journal (EBJ) recognized Tetra Tech with two business achievement awards at the Environmental Industry Summit XVII in San Diego, California, on March 20, 2019. Tetra Tech won the CCBJ Business Achievement Award for Consulting & Engineering Practice in the Offshore Wind category and the EBJ Business Achievement Silver Award for Large Firms.

How One Redfish Can Make a Difference in Florida

Eleven-year-old Genesis Garrett has been fishing for redfish in the Gulf of Mexico since she was a toddler, but on this day, instead of taking fish from the water, she put one in. Genesis and her dad, Zachary Garrett, joined Duke Energy and Coastal Conservation Association Florida at Brasher Park in Port Richey, Florida, to release 25 adult and 2,000 juvenile redfish.
