CITGO Station Owners and Operators Committed to Giving Back to Their Communities
Each and every one of the CITGO Fast Lube locations and nearly 6,000 CITGO gas stations is locally owned and independently operated. The local business owners who manage these locations provide jobs to hardworking Americans and generate local, state and federal taxes that support important programs across the nation. They are also philanthropic leaders. For example, many CITGO Marketers and Retailers are members of their local chambers of commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lion’s Club and Rotary Club, as well as volunteer firefighters. Additionally, many sponsor organizations such as Toys for Tots and local school sports clubs and donate to non-profits such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Awareness, and local food pantries and libraries.
