He holds professional registrations in civil engineering and land surveying and has held several elected and appointed city and regional planning positions.

Sam has 15 years of experience working in the WASH sector, with expertise in infrastructure financing, utility reform, and water-related conflict issues in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Delos™ announced that its China subsidiary, Delos (Beijing) Building Technology Co., Ltd.
