Former SEC Chair: Fossil-Fuel Interests Should Disclose Financial Risks of Climate Change

Companies with investments in oil, gas and coal need to do a better job disclosing the financial risk of climate change to their investors, a former chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission and an Obama administration official said Monday.

Baxter International Foundation Supports ARVets Initiative to Increase Mental Health Services for Veterans

A grant from the Baxter International Foundation will help provide assessments, education, and a resource to veterans while teaching veteran family members and first responders how to identify and manage the mental and behavioral health issues faced by many veterans. The one-year more than $50,000 grant to ARVets will fund the Bridge to Care program that delivers mental health care coordination to veterans and their families living in northern Arkansas.
