During 2021 Ericsson strengthened its corporate citizenship efforts, including the launch of a new volunteering strategy focused on encouraging employee and community engagement. The company also re-established global governance of the program.
Together with Springpoint Foundation, fifteen PSE&G volunteers helped distribute food items from the Community Food Bank of New Jersey to 165 residents at Plainfield Tower West, one of Springpoint’s 19 affordable housing communities in New Jersey.
A program to support more business in the African region to engage with sustainability reporting and increase their accountability is underway, thanks to funding from Switzerland’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
Our primary job is to understand the environmental impacts of our work, continually reduce those impacts in alignment with the global community, and design products that inspire adoption while allowing others to lessen their environmental footprint.
Since 2017, Fifth Third has brought financial education to students throughout our footprint, especially to kids who live in underserved communities. The impact runs deep—to the tune of 1.4 million hours of learning!
