Turning Compliance into Opportunity

Compliance by definition means to conform or come to an agreement. However, mere compliance is not fully aligned with JetBlue’s mission of inspiring humanity or its core values of safety, caring, integrity, passion and fun.

Gerald Isaac is Manager Compliance Programs for JetBlue Airways Corporation. In this role, Gerald manages all aspects of JetBlue’sAffirmative Action and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs including ADA training for senior leaders, recruiters and hiring managers. He ensures all requests are handled successfully and in keeping with the airline’s culture. Gerald also creates and updates crewmember (employee) handbooks and works with key stakeholders and JetBlue’s  Legal team to ensure revisions are timely and in keeping with Federal and State laws. In this role, he oversees compliance programs and manages JetBlue’s Vets in Blue hiring initiative and disability mentoring programs.
