June 4, 2016 /3BL Media/ - Human capital is one of Grupo Financiero Banorte’s great strengths that enables goals to be achieved and increases profitability, therefore fostering the personal and professional development of employees, nowadays totaling over 27,000, is one of the institution’s main commitments.

In order to raise employee performance standards and strengthen their skills, in 2015, the bank provided an average of 30 hours of training per employee, representing an investment of more than Ps 120 million, 45.2% more than in the previous year. In addition, employees received 38,344 hours of training in human rights issues.

Training included courses, seminars and conferences in addition to the Master's degree scholarship program, technical training and development of high-potential employees.

Banorte evaluates the performance of its employees in addition to training them, for which it has an assessment center to evaluate skills and attitudes, used to promote development within the bank.
