Rayonier’s mission is to provide industry-leading financial returns to our shareholders while serving as a responsible steward of the environment and a beneficial partner to the communities in which we operate.  We are committed to transparency around Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and how they are incorporated into our strategic and operational decision-making.

Following a materiality assessment in 2021, we identified the ESG topics most relevant to our stakeholders and impactful to our business outcomes. The results reinforced the long-standing cornerstones of our vision, strategy, and culture. To learn more about the ESG factors that are meaningful to us and discover the progress we have made in key areas of focus including climate change, biodiversity, safety, and our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, we invite you explore our current Sustainability Report, published in August 2023. Concurrent with the release of its 2022 Sustainability Report, the Company also released its latest Carbon Report, which quantifies the carbon impacts across the Company’s value chain.
