Oil Spill Response Planning in the Pacific Northwest

Antea Group is currently working with several railroads in the state of Washington to support their compliance with Chapter 173-186 WAC and develop Oil Spill Contingency Plans. The adoption of this rule requires railroads to develop and maintain contingency plans approved by the Department of Ecology (Ecology). Ecology adopted Chapter 173-186 WAC, Oil Spill Contingency Plan – Railroad on August 31, 2016. The rule went into effect on October 1, 2016. Within 90 days from that date, plans must be submitted.

UPS Adds 200 Hybrid Electric Vehicles To Alternative Fuel Fleet
