Happy Ada Lovelace Day everyone! Today is a day to celebrate the incredible achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) who’ve come before us. It’s also a day to look to the future.

Innovation for Good is a grass roots think tank where Kohler associates from every department can come together and use their experiences and expertise to address pressing social issues. The entire movement is based on the Kohler stewardship challenge of, ‘Give thought, take action.’

Sanofi announced today its donation of $100,000 to select non-profit organizations serving New Jersey communities at the second annual Sanofi in Our Communities, Celebrating Diversity (SOCCD) event.

Hurricane Matthew crossed the Western portion of Haiti on October 4 and portions of Eastern Cuba that afternoon. It was the first category 4 storm to make landfall in Haiti since 1964.

In today’s world, the basic model for the production of goods is linear: natural resources are extracted and turned into products that are used for a limited time. While some of these products are recycled, most eventually end up in the world’s landfills. This model is becoming increasingly unsustainable and expensive for businesses.
