Kohler Co. Donates Water Filters to Louisiana Disaster Relief

Catastrophic flooding has left much of Louisiana under a boil water advisory. Municipal water supplies across the affected region have been damaged by flood water, debris and lightning strikes. Kohler Co., a global leader in the plumbing industry, has donated 480 KOHLER Clarity water filters to flood victims through Operation Blessing International, a humanitarian organization which provides disaster relief, medical aid, clean water and community development.

Sodexo’s Sustainability Team Celebrates Growth at Gonzaga’s Hydroponic Greenhouse

Sodexo, world leader in quality of life services, recognized its dining sustainability team at Gonzaga University for celebrating the one-year anniversary of the John J. Hemmingson Center Gonzaga Greenhouse. The team worked to successfully increase crop yields using a greenhouse design that recycles and consumes one-tenth the water of traditional farming.
