Tonight on MLB Network (8-9:30 PM ET) the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) will announce the winners of its 25th annual presentation of the Players Choice Awards. The awards program will be presented by MLB The Show™ and sponsored by Majestic Athletic.
A grant from the Baxter International Foundation will help provide assessments, education, and a resource to veterans while teaching veteran family members and first responders how to identify and manage the mental and behavioral health issues faced by many veterans. The one-year more than $50,000 grant to ARVets will fund the Bridge to Care program that delivers mental health care coordination to veterans and their families living in northern Arkansas.

Aging out without the support of a loving family can have negative consequences on a person’s future. The Dave Thomas Foundation is working to connect more foster children with the families they deserve.
