2015 Sodexo Future Chefs Competition - Featured Chef Nate Sauder

As part of Sodexo’s Future Chefs: Healthy After-School Snack Challenge each day this week, we are featuring one of the 5 national finalists. Today’s finalist is Nate Sauder of Olivet Elementary school in Pittsgrove, New Jersey. Nate is a 5^th grader. His recipe is entitled “Nate’s Sushi”. In describing his recipe Nate has said that his recipe is his creation for a healthy, quick and high protein after school snack” It sounds like Nate realizes the importance of health and wellness!
