By bringing activities, equipment, and passion for the game of soccer to Philadelphia and the surrounding communities, Subaru and the Union are partnering to provide opportunities for everyone to experience the greatness of soccer.

I deeply appreciate Principal and the Principal Foundation supporting so many ways to help our local, national, and global communities. Their generous board match was a great incentive to create my own nonprofit.

Principal supports my need for flexibility. I’ve dropped off fruit for a yogurt bar while listening to a trends call and organized a committee meeting between work meetings. It’s also easy to tap into my professional network: Two committee members work with me at Principal.

Volunteering with the theater is more than just a commitment—it's a passion. I believe deeply in the power of live theatre to bring people together, tell stories that inspire, and create shared experiences that resonate far beyond the final curtain.

Volunteering is an important part of our culture. I feel empowered to make time to give back during the workday. The Principal Community Relations team provides our group with a space to gather, and my leaders and teammates are supportive.

When Hurricane Helene swept through Western North Carolina in September 2024, it left behind more than just physical damage. It disrupted lives, isolated communities, and cut off basic necessities like clean water and communication.

On June 19, Wesco hosted its annual Day of Caring events for employees at numerous sites around the globe to celebrate its commitment to communities where we live and work and to announce the company’s 2025 Wesco Cares Champion of the Year Award recipient.
