October 24, 2013 /3BL Media/ - Taproot Foundation continues the Pro Bono Week 2013 campaign with the 3rd announcement of the inaugural Pro Bono Hall of Fame - Mitch Kapor. 

Mitch Kapor, founder of Lotus Development Corporation, entrepreneur, social activist and philanthropist, has been inducted into the Pro Bono Hall of Fame for his contributions in the field of technology. Mitch has been a critical advocate for open source technology for over a decade – a critical pillar of pro bono support for nonprofit organizations. Taproot founder, Aaron Hurst, recently contacted Mitch to talk about the open source movement and his work at the intersection between technology and social impact.
