Sodexo University Receives the Silver and Bronze Medals for Best Onboarding Program and Best Leadership Training Program

Sodexo University was awarded the Silver and Bronze medal Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards-Best Onboarding Program for Come Alive with Sodexo and Best Leadership Training Program for the Emerging Leaders Program. The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards are presented annually and showcase the exceptional work in the use of learning technology in 22 categories.

The Best Leadership Training Program award recognizes best practices for developing and delivering effective leadership training programs. Sodexo University's Emerging Leaders program offers strategic leadership skill development opportunities to general managers and staff managers who have been in their positions for at least 12 months and desire to take their careers to the next level. Selected individuals work in partnership with senior leaders on high-visibility business situations.
