T. Rowe Price Showed Support for Pride 2018
At T. Rowe Price, we all work together to create an inclusive company culture. And as part of that effort, we support LGBT+ pride both in and outside the office. This year, at a number of our locations around the world, we celebrated Pride month with rainbow flags and record numbers of asssociates participating in Pride parades. While Pride is celebrated once a year, as a firm, we celebrate diversity year-round by creating an environment where all associates feel welcome to bring their full selves to work.

T. Rowe Price Associates Assemble More Than 14,000 Care Packages for Service Members Ahead of Veterans Day
Veterans Day is a time to recognize the contributions of military service members, past and present. To celebrate Veterans Day, T. Rowe Price partnered with the United Service Organizations (USO) to bring a touch of home to service members in remote areas around the world. Nearly 1,000 associates across T. Rowe Price’s U.S. offices volunteered to create more than 14,000 care packages for service members.

Since 2013, T. Rowe Price has joined neighboring companies to participate in The Great Baltimore Oyster Partnership in an effort to improve the water quality and increase the local oyster population.

T. Rowe Price Associates Make a Difference in Children’s Lives During National Mentoring Month and Beyond
While January is National Mentoring Month, T. Rowe Price associates around the world volunteer year-round to mentor and support children.

“We’re always looking for solutions that improve outcomes for youth and enrich community life,” says Sandra Van Vloten-McGraw in T. Rowe Price’s Corporate Social Responsibility department. “Mentoring achieves both, and it’s great to see the positive impact these programs have on the kids.”

T. Rowe Price was recognized for its commitment to maintaining a comfortable environment for all associates with a perfect score on the Corporate Equity Index (CEI) released by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). The score earns the firm designation as a 2017 best place to work for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) equality.

Six Month Pro Bono Project for CASA of Pikes Peak Region Turns T. Rowe Price Associates’ Business Skills Into Opportunities
Nine associates from T. Rowe Price’s Colorado Springs office participated in a six-month pro bono service project to help the nonprofit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Pikes Peak Region provide an advocate for all children in need by 2020.

In a sea of 350 cyclists riding across the English and French countryside during this year’s Pedal to Paris charity bike ride, 24 T. Rowe Price associates from both sides of the Atlantic could be spotted working their gears and cheering each other on.
