H&M Wants Your Help to Keep America Beautiful

This year, H&M is proud to announce that the Garment Collecting initiative will have a new partner in the United States with Keep America Beautiful, the nation’s iconic community improvement nonprofit organization. To kick off this new partnership, H&M is urging customers and fans to participate in America Recycles Day by donating unwanted textiles from any brand in any condition to any H&M in the U.S. From Nov. 9-15, people who donate to the program will receive double vouchers for 15% off their next purchase.

National nonprofit Keep America Beautiful and The Coca-Cola Foundation today announced the opening of the application period for the 2017 Coca-Cola Public Space Recycling Bin Grant Program. In its 11th year, the initiative is designed to expand access to recycling in public spaces in communities across America. Grant applications will be available online through Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. The 7th annual Recycle-Bowl, Keep America Beautiful’s national K-12 school-based recycling competition, begins on Oct. 16 and culminates on America Recycles Day, Nov. 15. The deadline for schools to register is Tuesday, Oct. 10.
