In 2020, IP donated two million corrugated boxes to community-based organizations dedicated to fighting hunger, and Feeding America, with their network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries, was one of the largest beneficiaries of that action.

Sands China Supports Local Macao Welfare Shop for Fifth Consecutive Year

A group of 40 Sands China Care Ambassadors volunteered their time in February at Macau Holy House of Mercy’s Welfare Shop, helping distribute over 350 food hampers to disadvantaged families, sending them New Year’s blessings for the Year of the Rooster. The event marks the fifth consecutive year of Sands China Ltd.’s support, which also included a donation of MOP 300,000 presented by Sands China President Dr. Wilfred Wong to help needy families facing financial hardships. The food hampers contained items like rice, noodles, biscuits, canned food, cooking oil, toothpaste, and shower gel.
