Our Diversity and Inclusion Journey – A Year in Review

Over the past five years, our journey towards a more diverse and inclusive workplace has evolved from a targeted focus on women to an intersectional program for all employees. While we continue to learn and iterate to provide the best environment for our employees to thrive, we are steadfast in our belief in the power of human difference. In order to harness that power, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) continues to be a critical business priority. We’ve taken an agile approach. We continue to innovate, testing research against practical application, and evolve our programs, tools and policies to drive change both in our organization and across the broader technology industry.

Wells Fargo Commits to Three-Year Title Sponsorship of No Barriers Summit

No Barriers USA announced that Wells Fargo & Co (NYSE: WFC) has committed to a three-year title sponsorship of the organization’s annual event, the No Barriers Summit. The summit this year is in Squaw Creek, Lake Tahoe, California, June 13–15. No Barriers USA and Wells Fargo plan to bring the event to San Francisco in 2020 and Washington, D.C., in 2021. Wells Fargo has sponsored the summit since 2015.

Networking, Culture Pave Way for Women at PNC

Bloomberg Is Named a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” by Human Rights Campaign Foundation for Third Straight Year

Bloomberg has been named one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality, receiving a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality across the United States. Bloomberg joins the ranks of more than 560 major U.S. businesses that earned top marks this year.
