Our volunteer program has been a tremendous success over the years. Its formal inception was in 2009, and over 300 thousand volunteer service hours have been tracked. One reason for its success is that it is championed from the very top of the Bank

From September 15 to October 15, the U.S. celebrates the histories, cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. This annual celebration highlights the importance of embracing different cultures and perspectives, and how doing so builds stronger communities and businesses. Recently, Alliance Data was recognized as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women, a recognition we’re proud of especially since it’s given based on what women in our workforce reported via Fortune Magazine’s annual best workplaces survey about our culture and their experience here.
The United States Business Leadership Network (USBLN) has paved the way to help businesses build their disability inclusion efforts in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace. Over the years, we have worked with them to improve and highlight our own efforts. Last week, we were happy to join them for their Annual National Conference in Austin. This year’s conference was especially memorable for us as we were honored to receive USBLN’s Marketplace Innovator of the Year Award for our work on Real-Time Text (RTT).
